Sonia Chiambretto, Marcial Di Fonzo Bo, Inès Quaireau
Angers, late 1950s. At the Bon Pasteur institution, the carceral atmosphere closely echoes that of a present-day remand prison. Sonia Chiambretto develops the theme of escape – already explored in several of her texts. Here, it takes the form of a run in search of emancipation, the only way to evade authority and break free from norms. In this performance, each fragment of reality is woven together with collective memory.
Based on Peines Mineures by Sonia Chiambretto, published by L’Arche Éditeur in 2023.
A solo that takes the form of a run in search of emancipation, to escape authority and break free from norms.
