“Should I Stay or Should I Stay” is the non-story of four characters stuck in an empty room—whose door, however, is not closed. In this void where time drags on, they play, kill each other, or discuss the immortality of lobsters, three-tailed cats, and exile on Mars.

Somewhere between Beckett’s absurdism and the offbeat humor of the Monty Pythons, Should I stay or should I stay is a true metaphysical cartoon.

Company presentation

La Horde Furtive is a Brussels-based experimental theater company dedicated to projects initiated by Simon Thomas.
Since its founding in 2017, it has produced four plays and three lectures that explore themes such as death and the meaninglessness of existence.
As the shows have progressed, deep artistic bonds have formed, gradually giving rise to a small, stealthy horde.
La Horde Furtive has received several awards for its productions (Maeterlinck Critics’ Prize, Godenne Prize, IMPATIENCE SACD Prize).
