Miske Alhaoutou is a determined, generous, and vivacious woman with roots in the Comoros and the Perche region, shaped by a culture rich in flavors and stories. From a very young age, she grew up immersed in family cooking, learning to listen, taste, and pass on traditions through the gestures and recipes of the women in her family. Her career took shape both on stage and behind the scenes, preparing catering for artists (Ibeyi, Acid Arab, Gaël Faye, Angèle, Feu Chatterton, Catherine Ringer, Camille, Yaël Naïm, Oxmo Puccino, Jeanne Added…) during their Parisian concerts or at festivals, bringing comfort, camaraderie, and kindness to artists on tour.
Miske is also a culinary author, passionate about the art of passing on knowledge, creating delicious dishes and stories that blend tradition and modernity. She firmly believes that true happiness lies in the camaraderie and sharing that come from cooking together. She is the author of *La Cuisine de Camila* (2023) and *Comment pimper la diversification alimentaire de mon bébé* (2020) (First Editions).
