La Vaste Entreprise, with this new creation, offers to rigorously study a key problem : while you’ll be shut in this theater to watch this performance, you’ll miss everything that happens in the same time elsewhere.
So it seemed quite urgent to us to talk a little about this permanent fear of missing out on something. Because it’s quite terrifying, and at the same time, pretty comical.
For the record, every hour that we live is unfortunately an hour that will never return. So the question is : will you take the risk of devoting an entire hour to this show, just because it has a pretty catchy title ?
Always at the crossroads of live performance and visual arts, La Vaste Entreprise offers a "moment to spend together during which you won't enjoy all the things you could have enjoy everywhere else".
Company presentation
Nicolas Heredia and La Vaste Entreprise develop different projects in theatres, contemporary art centers or in public spaces, mixing visual arts and performing arts. They compose, year after year, a collection of pieces always deeply linked to each other, and most of the time focusing on ordinary events – that might somehow become poetic.
In recent years, they have notably presented in many places in France “Visite de Groupe”, “L’Origine du monde (46x55)”, “Legendes” or “L’Instant T.”.
