Para mirar la bruma

Felipe Muñoz Tirado

Para mirar la bruma

What conceals the end of night when dawn begins, what interrupts the cold in your hands as we cross the landscape of the unknown.

What do the murmurs from outside preserve when they meet the timid light of the sun. The question about what we do not know resembles the question about what we desire: when we reach it, it vanishes between our fingers. The photograph of what we have lived is only a slight gesture of what has happened.

Because remembering is an act that can only be lived after loss.
