Accessibility for people with reduced mobility
Spaces can be reserved for people with reduced mobility or wheelchairs. We invite you to report it when buying your ticket to welcome you in the best conditions and report you to the home 15min before the start time of the show.
Attention, for access to La Patinoire, you must go directly to 2483 chemin de l’Amandier 84000 Avignon. Same for Le Chateau de Saint Chamand, 3 Avenue François Mauriac.

Due to the crowds at La Manufacture during the festival, we strongly encourage you to book your tickets online.
Home and on-site sale
La Manufacture, 2 rue des Ecoles from 10am (from July 4th).
Means of payment: Carte bleue and cash.
The performances start on time.
Withdrawal of tickets purchased by telephone
Tickets are not shipped.
The tickets are withdrawn at the box office of La Manufacture, 2 rue des écoles in Avignon from 10 am or at the latest on the day of the performance 30 minutes before the beginning of the show.
The withdrawal of the tickets is done on presentation of an identity card and the voucher of the reduction.
Tickets not withdrawn 5 minutes before performances will be canceled and not refunded.
Delay, cancellation and exchange
For specific reasons in Avignon, performances start on time. In case of delay, the ticket holder can not enter the room given the configuration of our rooms. No refund will be made.
Tickets are not returned or exchanged except in case of force majeure.
In case of definitive cancellation of a performance, the tickets may be refunded.
Vigipirate plan
In application of the plan Vigipirate, you will be asked to present the contents of your bags at the entrance of the garden of La Manufacture and our rooms. The introduction of luggage and large bags is prohibited.
GO TO LA MANUFACTURE
La Manufacture welcomes you at 2 rue des Ecoles, Avignon.
You will find the reception / ticket office and the Intramuros stage at the end of its shaded courtyard.
It is also the meeting point for the departure of shuttles for: The Ice Rink (La Patinoire) and the Château de Saint Chamand.
Shuttle departures are at the schedule indicated in the program. The duration of the show takes into account the duration of the possible transport.
The shuttle is free on presentation of the show ticket.
Please note: access by car to the city center is prohibited from 13h to 2h in the morning (except authorized vehicles).
THE BAR / RESTAURANT
At La Manufacture, you can savor in a friendly atmosphere and in the shade of the plane tree, a tasty and local cuisine. Before or after a show, from breakfast to dinner, we welcome you until 23:00.
